Each state needs a competent medical workforce to meet the needs of its citizens. However, the requirements for some health care professions are not the same in each state. Criminal background check.
Foreign applicants educated outside the U.S. must have a Professional Report completed by the CGFNS sent to the Board office - Link.
You will have to complete at least 25 contact hours for renewal. Renewals take place every two years. One hour must be in pain and pain symptom management. Click here for more details.
