If you need written license verification or a certification of standing for a foreign country or agency other than a state board of nursing, you must send your request to the Board’s office with the required fee of $15.

Effective as of April 4, 2016, all Non-U.S. educated nurses applying for Licensure by Reciprocity must now complete a Commission on Graduate of Foreign Nursing Schools Evaluation (CGFNS). For more information click here
You will be required to take 15 hours of continuing education between renewal periods. Click hereto learn more about continuing education. CE must include training on the issue of domestic and sexual violence as a condition of licensure and renewal.
