Documents proving your completion of an approved nursing program

Foreign transcripts should be verified by Credentials Evaluation Service Professional Report

Complete Verification of Nurse Licensure form or verification through www.nursys.com

A temporary permit may be issued as well for 120 days.

Renewals are completed online and cost $110

Continuing Education

Continuing Education is not required for the state of Connecticut.

This state requires nurses to hold current ACLS certification.
